Chez Bonser Pâtisserie was officially launched by Erica, a self-taught baker, in 2013, but came about after years of hosting, baking and shipping treats for family, friends & co-workers during the holiday season. The quaint kitchen in which she baked was nicknamed ‘Chez Bonser Pâtisserie’.
After years of receiving rave reviews and compliments from the recipients of her delicious treats as well as growing weary of answering questions such as ‘how much would you charge for this?’, Erica decided to share her love of baking with a larger community and Chez Bonser Pâtisserie was born.
